As part of this commitment, and with our current incumbent relocating internationally, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Registrar to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the executive office.
This position plays a vital role in managing executive correspondence, scheduling, and priorities while coordinating with health system partners across the province and nationally. Reporting to the CEO & Registrar, the Executive Assistant will orchestrate complex schedules, maintain governance-ready documentation, and ensure timely, professional interactions with internal teams and external partners.
