CARNA office closure, operations continue virtually

As part of our measures to minimize the risk of COVID-19, we are closed to walk-in visitors without appointments. Hearing Tribunals and other business functions as appropriate will be conducted virtually. 

Our renewal staff are available through online platforms to assist you with renewing your permit. To book an appointment, please call 780.451.0043 and press 0 to speak with reception.

Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms or if you are feeling unwell, please self-isolate, do not visit the CARNA office and call 811 for further direction.

Former registrants 
Former registrants who wish to assist with the COVID-19 pandemic must first contact their former employer, Covenant Health at or AHS at Employers will send a list of names to us and we will then reach out to those identified.
