-
- What is your member profile?
Your Member Profile is a secure area of the CARNA website that allows you to view the status of your application and update information such as your contact and employer information.
-
- What Information will I find on my Profile?
- Your name, contact information (address, telephone number, e-mail) and birthdate
- Your education, employment status and practice hours
- The current status of your registration and any outstanding requirements that need to be met in order for your application to be processed
-
- Why should I use my Profile?
- By checking your pending registration status, you will be able to track the outstanding requirements that need to be met in order for your application to be processed. Each outstanding requirement has a received and a cleared date. If there is no received or cleared date, the document has not yet been received by CARNA. If there is a received date but no cleared date, the document has been received but not assessed. Once the document has been assessed as satisfactory, that requirement will no longer appear on your profile. Only outstanding requirements appear in this section.
-
- How do I access my Profile?

2. Click on “Login”
3. Enter your User ID and password
-
- How do I find my User ID and password?
- Your User ID is your stakeholder number, and must be entered with an “s” in front of the number (e.g. s123456)
- You will be given your stakeholder number and an automatically-generated password when we receive your application form. When you are eligible and apply for a temporary permit, you will be given a permanent registration number to use as your User ID.
- If you forget your password, you can request confirmation of your password online from the login screen. Your password will be sent to the most recent e-mail address we have for you. Please ensure we have your current contact information at all times.
-
- Is the site secure?
- CARNA will not provide your password to anyone but you, even if you have signed a waiver. It is your responsibility to keep your User ID and password confidential, and it is your choice whether you share this information. Please note that anyone you share this information with will be able to access your Profile and add, delete or change information, and they will also have access to your personal contact information
